DO YOU FEED THE DOGS.
We may use healthy treats through the session. If your dog is on a feeding pattern we are happy to privately feed your dog. You simply drop it off with us in a clear plastic named box.
DO YOU TAKE MULTIPLE DOGS FROM THE SAME FAMILY.
We do yes and provide a discount for the 2nd dog.
CAN I CHECK ON MY PET DURING THEIR STAY?
We assure you that if there are any issues we will contact you immediately. We upload daily photographs to our social media platforms. If you use the pet taxi we will let you know know when we have picked up and dropped off.
MY PET HAS A SPECIAL DIET. CAN THEIR NEEDS BE ACCOMMODATED?
Of course. We will enter any specific details into our daily reports and look after your pooch accordingly.
DO I HAVE TO NEUTER OR SPAY MY DOG TO ATTEND
Males must be neutered. This isn’t a decision we have taken lightly. We operated for two years without this policy but deemed it necessary to make the change from our experiences. Females that are in season cannot attend until after their full cycle and must not be displaying any signs in daycare.

No. You must agree to our terms and conditions to attend and simply pay as you go.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN’T ATTEND
We will endeavour to amend any appointments where possible. Unfortunately cancellations within 24hrs will be charged due to staffing responsibilities.
HOW CAN I CHECK ON MY PET DURING THEIR STAY?
We assure you that your dog will be cared for. If we need to contact you we will do so straight away. Our staff will all be busy looking after the dogs.
